Enrollment for Wickenburg Virtual Academy

Enrollment Process


  1. Students may pick up an enrollment packet at Wickenburg High School, print from WHS website or WDLP website.

       2.   Once student completes enrollment packet, he/she may submit it to WDLP one of the 
             following ways:

a.   Mail to:  1090 S. Vulture Mine, Wickenburg, AZ  85390
b.   Fax to:  (928) 684-6628
c.   Email to: rgarcia@wickenburg.k12.az.us

We will not enroll students, and they may not start coursework without the completed application and the scheduled orientation. After the online application is complete, you we ask you to provide the following documentation for the enrollment:

  • Completed application packet (all areas signed)
  • Arizona Residency Affidavit
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of immunizations
  • Withdrawal slip from previous school
  • Copy of transcripts from previous school
  • Copy of mandated state assessment results

Please note, that failure to complete your enrollment with the proper documentation will delay your start date. We will take your name off the next academic session list and move it to a later date in a following session.
